To activate the ? box on the Options menu, press Up, C, D, B. This extra option will enable one-button fatalities, instant aggressor, and low damage. If you've enabled One-Button Fatalities, press one of the buttons below after you've defeated your opponent:
Button A = Brutality
Button B = Fatality
Button C = Friendship
Button D = Babality
Play as Ermac
At the Player Select screan, press B, C, B, B, D. To enable Ermac
Play as Noob Saibot
At the Player Select screan, press D, D, C, D, B. To enable Noob Saibot.

Unknown. I have seen a 2-player VS screanshot before with the boxes at the bottom, but I'm
